Responsibilities
- Meet and achieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly sales target in terms of revenue/enrolments.
- Manage & convert leads for versatile upGrad programs co- created in collaboration with renowned Universities/Institutes
- Provide in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.
- Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Record detail pertaining to lead discussions & conversion on LeadSquared CRM
- Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Experience in marketing or related field
- Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
