Sales Executive

UpGrad Nepal ,an emerging Ed-Tech Company is looking for talents in Sales. Here’s a detailed description of the same:

Responsibilities

  •  Meet and achieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly sales  target in terms of revenue/enrolments.
  • Manage & convert leads for versatile upGrad programs co- created in collaboration with renowned Universities/Institutes
  •  Provide in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.
  •  Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
  • Record detail pertaining to lead discussions & conversion on LeadSquared  CRM
  •  Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
  • Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
  • Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Experience in marketing or related field
  • Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
