Responsibilities
- Responsible for making cold calls and assisting the Sales Team in finding prospective leads for our various business verticals.
- Responsible to maintain records pertaining to lead discussions & conversions on LeadSquared CRM software
- Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
- Coordinate counseling sessions, handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded
- Meet the given weekly, monthly and quarterly calling/sales target in terms of revenue/enrolments. Cross sell Codingal, Cretile
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/undergraduates
- Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
